Holiday Inn Declares Aug. 28 Towel Amnesty Day

Holiday Inn has declared Aug. 28 Towel Amnesty Day for past guests who have innocently taken Holiday Inn towels from their guest rooms. Over the Labor Day weekend, Holiday Inn will surprise guests at more than 1,000 properties
with the opportunity to take home one of the souvenir towels. Properties at six beach areas will host Towel Amnesty events on Saturday, August 30 and distribute new limited-edition towels to beach goers. People can also share their towel-taking stories at Holiday Inn's web site. For every story, the company is donating $1 to Give Kids the World charity.
