Camino Real, one of Mexico's largest resort operators, announced they would temporarily suspend penalty fees on cancellations of corporate group reservations made in the U.S. on bookings made by April 30 for stays at its Mexico hotels until Dec. 15. Sandals & Beaches Resorts
Sandals and Beaches Resorts, announced that vacationers headed to any one of the companies’ 17 properties in the Caribbean can reschedule their stay without penalty in the event of war or terrorist activity. The Sandals and Beaches Resorts “Vacation Assurance Program,” is effective immediately, providing guests up to one year to reschedule their stay at no cost. In addition, should air service be compromised for returning guests, Sandals and Beaches Resorts will provide accommodations up to three nights complimentary. Sandals has a total of 11 couples-only resorts, including six in Jamaica, three in St. Lucia, one in Antigua and one in Nassau, Bahamas. Beaches offers five locations: two in Negril, Jamaica, one in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, and two in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. For further details, visit Sandals' website at

SuperClubs
SuperClubs will allow guests to cancel any time prior to travel to postpone and reschedule their travels for up to 12 months without incurring a $250 per person cancellation fee. The policy applies at SuperClubs' 12 resorts in Jamaica, the Bahamas,
Curacao, the Dominican Republic and Brazil. SuperClubs' standard policy requires 21 days' advance notice to cancel; if a cancellation occurs less than 21 days before travels, a $250 per person cancellation fee is charged. For further details, visit SuperClubs' website at

LA Cabana All Suite Beach Resort, Aruba
La Cabana All Suite Beach Resort in Aruba has announced a new cancellation policy that protects travelers in the event of a war with Iraq or a terrorist incident in North America. If a potential guest has not yet traveled and war breaks out or a terrorist incident occurs, La Cabana will allow guests to cancel their reservations with no penalty within 30 days of the start of the war or the terrorist attack. Also, guests will be able to postpone and reschedule their travel plans for up to 12 months from the original departure date without the penalty of a cancellation fee. Radisson Aruba Resort

Chenay Bay Beach Resort, St. Croix
Chenay Bay Beach Resort, St. Croix, is offering an unrestricted postponement policy. The policy allows guests to postpone their vacation for up to one year from the original travel date without restrictions. Guests do not need to explain why they are postponing their vacation. The new policy is available on all new bookings. Rate difference charges, where applicable, will apply to rescheduled bookings. Club Comanche on St. Croix
Club Comanche on St. Croix will offer guests a no penalty cancellation policy. Guests must cancel their reservation at least six days before check-in date in order to receive a full refund. Cormorant Beach Club and Hotel, St. Croix
Cormorant Beach Club and Hotel on St. Croix will apply its current cancellation policy in the event of war. Guests of the resort who wish to cancel their vacation need to do so at least 30 days prior to their arrival during the summer season (April 1 to December 15) and at least six days prior to their arrival during the winter season (December 16 to March 31). Sugar Beach Condo Resort, St. Croix
Sugar Beach Condo Resort located on St. Croix requests that guests who need to cancel their vacation do so at least 21 days in advance. Under the resort's current policy, if the cancellation is made within 21 days of the arrival date, guests are charged 15 percent of their total rate. In the event of war, the 15 percent charge will be waived as long as the vacation is rescheduled within one year. Inn at Tamarind Court, St. John
The Inn at Tamarind Court on St. John has a no penalty postponement policy for guests who wish to cancel their reservations due to an outbreak of war. Guests will not be penalized if they cancel their vacation. However, guests will need to rebook their vacation within one year of their previous reservation. St. John Properties
Vacation villa group St. John Properties, is offering guests a cancellation policy should there be an outbreak of war. If
guests provide a 30-day cancellation notice, a deposit less 10 percent of the total rental figure will be refunded. In the event of war, if guests need to cancel less than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date, the property company will hold the deposit and apply it to a future vacation that is rescheduled within two years of

Westin St. John Resort
The Westin St. John Resort will maintain its current cancellation policy. When guests make a reservation at the property, a deposit that equals the cost of three nights of accommodations plus tax is required. Should a guest need to cancel their vacation, a full refund is provided if the cancellation is made at least 15 days prior to their scheduled arrival. RockResorts & Vail Resorts Lodging
All lodging reservation cancellation fees at Colorado RockResorts and Vail Resorts Lodging Company properties are being waived on travel that is completed by June 1, 2003. Cancellation fees also have been suspended throughout the remainder of the 2002-2003 ski season on all advance lift ticket purchases at Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Heavenly ski resorts.
