 Blame
It On Rio -
If you were looking for a
newsletter last week, I apologize. No, I didn't fall off the face of the
earth, though, I felt like it upon my return from
Brazil. I was perfectly fine until
I sipped the official Brazilian
cocktail called caipirinha during a Rio Samba show.
Caipirinha is a concoction made of cachaca (sugar cane alcohol),
sugar (enough to put someone in a diabetic coma), lime and ice.
Unfortunately, something wasn't right with the drink and my stomach did
the Samba for a week afterwards. Thankfully,
I have since recovered and swear to never drink another caipirinha in my
life. In my post-recovery state, look for exciting new content in the
coming weeks. Happy Travels!
